Frequently asked questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. You create your account and build your invitation without paying. When you publish you decide: free with the basics, or a one-time payment for the level of the parts you used.
What if I want more later?
You move up a level and only pay the difference. Your link stays the same.
Is a plan or paying per invitation better for me?
If you build one or two, pay for each. From invitation number 2 in a month, the Starter plan (US$ 5 a month) is cheaper than the Standard level per invitation (US$ 4).
How long does my invitation stay online?
The free one, 7 days after the event; the paid one, 30 days. With a plan, what you published stays online even if you leave it.
How do you pay?
Do it yourself is paid once, when you publish; plans are paid by the month or for several months at once, with a discount (3 months: 10 % off and the year: 20 % off). You pay with a card; it renews by itself and you cancel whenever you like.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. With a card you do it yourself from "My account": you change plans or cancel in the payments portal. If we arrange your plan over WhatsApp, write to us and we'll change it. What you already published stays online.
