By using Bida Events, ordering an invitation or subscribing as a professional, you accept these terms. We wrote them so they are easy to understand.
The service
Bida Events offers digital invitations and cards that are shared with a link, with RSVP, reports and other modules depending on the package or plan purchased. The service is provided by Bida Events.
Orders and payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars on this site. QR payments in Bolivia are charged in bolivianos, at the official exchange rate.
- An invitation you build yourself can be published for free with the basic parts or with a one-time payment for the level of the parts you use. Moving up a level later only charges the difference.
- Online payments are made by card, through our payment processor, or with a Bolivian QR. We do not store your card details.
- Anything built to order is discussed over WhatsApp or email and is not paid for on this site.
- Promotions are valid until the date shown on each one.
Your content
- You are responsible for the photos, texts, music and data you upload or send us, and for having permission to use them, especially other people's photos.
- Illegal content, content that offends or discriminates, or content that uses third parties' brands or images without authorization is not allowed. We may remove an invitation that does not follow these rules.
- You give us permission to host and show that content only so the invitation works. We don't use it in our advertising without asking for your authorization.
Subscription for professionals
- Professionals (photographers, organizers, decorators and other resellers) pay for a plan that lets them publish a number of invitations per month, with the templates and features of their plan.
- The plan is paid monthly or for 3 or 12 months. Each payment extends the subscription by that time from the current expiry date, or from the payment date if it had already expired. With a card, the subscription renews itself on the same cycle until you cancel it.
- With a card you can change plans, change cards or cancel whenever you like from "My account". When you cancel there are no more charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid.
- We do not refund partial months or periods already paid.
- If the subscription expires, the invitations already published stay online and the dashboard stays available to see guests and download reports, but invitations can't be created or edited until you renew.
- The professional sets freely what they charge their clients and is responsible to them for the service they offer.
Availability
We work to keep invitations online at all times and we make backups, but there may be brief interruptions for maintenance or provider failures. An invitation is available until its expiration date.
Responsibility
Bida Events is not responsible for the organization of the event, for changes of date or place that have not been updated in the invitation, or for how each organizer uses their guests' data.
