A cookie is a small file the site saves in your browser. We use few and none are for advertising: these are all of them.
Necessary cookies
The site doesn't work without them; they can't be disabled from here.
- Session: keeps your account open while you browse the dashboard. It lasts while the session is active (120 minutes without use).
- Form protection (XSRF-TOKEN): keeps another site from submitting forms on your behalf, for example an RSVP. It lasts as long as the session.
- Door check-in (bida_puerta_…): only on the phone of whoever manages the entrance to an event, after opening the door link the organizer shared with them. It lets them register guests' arrival and lasts 16 hours.
Campaign cookie (not necessary)
- bida_origen: remembers for 30 days which ad or link you came from (Facebook, Instagram, a QR code…). It only lets us know which campaign worked if you write to us on WhatsApp. It does not identify you and is not shared with anyone. It is not needed to use the site: if you would rather not keep it, block it in your browser and everything will keep working.
Preferences saved in your browser
- The site's light or dark theme and the cookie notice already read: they are saved in your browser's local storage and don't travel to our server.
Third-party services
Invitations may show a Google Maps map, YouTube videos, videos or music hosted on Cloudinary and Google Fonts typefaces. When they load, those services may set their own cookies or record your IP address under their policies. The same happens when you sign in with Google or pay on the Lemon Squeezy or Libélula pages. We do not use analytics tools or advertising pixels.
How to delete or block them
You can delete cookies or block them from your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, you won't be able to sign in to the dashboard or RSVP on an invitation.
