Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to be ready?
You send us the photo, the message and the date, and we have it ready the same day. If you ask for it close to the date, write to us early.
Can it be sent to a friend or to family?
Yes. We change the texts for Friendship Day or for whoever you want.
Who else can see the card?
Only whoever has the link. It doesn't appear in search engines and only you read the reply.
Does whoever receives it need to install anything?
No. It opens in the phone's browser from the link you share over WhatsApp.
How is the payment made?
We arrange payment over WhatsApp when you ask us for the card, before building it.
